How long does a typical project take?
Projects and development vary in scope and development times. In our initial assessment we aim to estimate how long a project can take using the specific toolset that is required. The idea is to always start lean to reduce time to market. We will work with you on shaping the development so it is efficient and makes it to your hands in the shortest amount of time possible.
What industries do you specialize in?
We are industry agnostic as we have worked within multiple industries throughout history. While industry specificity is important we consider that developing good software can be accomplished through understanding a business case and working around it to solve a problem or optimize a process.
What level of involvement is expected from clients?
Client involvement is required in 2 main stages:
- Scoping and discovery – We need the client to help us understand the need, the current systems, and how we can create an efficient solution for the business. The more involvement we get in this stage, the better the solution we can provide.
- Testing – Developer testing and QA is great, however, clients usually test better as the put software through real life scenarios.
What happens after the project is delivered?
At Simple Solutions we always aim to grow with you as a client. That said, the code we write belongs to our clients as it was built for them and caters directly to their businesses. As such, you are free to take your code and deploy it on your own if desired.
