Terms and Conditions for Simple Solutions Support Helpdesk

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the support helpdesk at Simple Solutions (“Helpdesk”) for accessing support services and submitting and managing tickets. By accessing and using the Helpdesk, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Helpdesk.

  1. Account Creation and Privacy:
    • To access the Helpdesk, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
    • Simple Solutions respects your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Your personal information will be kept private and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  2. Ticket Submission and Servicing:
    • The Helpdesk allows you to submit support tickets electronically. When submitting a ticket, provide accurate and detailed information about the issue you are facing, including any relevant attachments.
    • Simple Solutions will make reasonable efforts to service your ticket in a timely manner. However, response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the current workload.
    • Simple Solutions reserves the right to prioritize and schedule ticket servicing based on its internal processes and resources.
  3. Authorized Use:
    • You agree to use the Helpdesk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    • You are solely responsible for any content or information you submit through the Helpdesk. Do not submit any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information unless explicitly requested by Simple Solutions.
    • You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or impair the functioning of the Helpdesk, its servers, or the associated network.
  4. Intellectual Property:
    • The Helpdesk and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Simple Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws.
    • You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of the Helpdesk or any of its contents without the prior written consent of Simple Solutions.
  5. Limitation of Liability:
    • Simple Solutions strives to provide accurate and reliable information through the Helpdesk but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
    • In no event shall Simple Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Helpdesk or reliance on any information provided.
  6. Modifications and Termination:
    • Simple Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Helpdesk or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
    • Simple Solutions may also modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on the Helpdesk, and your continued use of the Helpdesk will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
  7. Governing Law:
    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
    • Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Helpdesk shall be exclusively brought in the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida.

By using the Simple Solutions Support Helpdesk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Helpdesk.
