  STEP International Corporation was created in Miami, FL, USA, by a former IBM executive to offer International Business Consulting to the private and public sector.
• 2004
  PLUS International Group was created to offer eCommerce and eBusiness solutions along with the implementation of Web-Enable Sales Strategies to small and medium businesses in USA.
• 2006
  Simple Solutions FS was created by its founder, Daniel Macadar, to implement Enterprise Applications and Technology Integration solutions to small, medium and large corporations.
• 2008
  Simple Solutions acquired STEP International Corporation and added its business lines to the company.
• 2008
  Simple Solutions acquired PLUS International Group and added its business lines to the company including Real e-Stores, an advanced and competitive eCommerce business concept. PLUS know-how and experienced professionals in integrating technology and telecommunications solutions have been merged as well.
• 2009
  Daniel Macadar, Simple Solutions CEO, presents a very agressive business plan for the next 5 years. The company's website and internal business procedures has been upgraded and new business lines have been added, such as, Telecommunications, API's Based Access and Integration Frameworks to the already existing Enterprise Applications and Technology Integration solutions. The company, still headquartered in Miami, FL, USA, grew to over 35 professionals located worldwide with a wide spectrum of skills, professional background and disciplines from pre-sales, sales and implementation to Business Strategy and Planning, Management and Operations, Business Consulting and Business Performance Management.
